Dr. Kramer first entered health care as a laboratory phlebotomist, working first at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire, Wisconsin while an undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. While attending Medical School, Dr. Kramer also served as a phlebotomist at UW Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. In 1999 he earned his Medical Degree from the University of Wisconsin, and between 1999 and 2002 he completed a Family Medicine Residency at UW Hospital and Clinics, where he also served as Chief Resident in 2001 and 2002. In the years since, Dr. Kramer has practiced Family Medicine at the Mineral Point Medical Center as well as serving simultaneously in the Emergency Department at Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville.
