Rachel Andrews, MA, LPC

As a psychotherapist, Rachel works with her patients to understand their conditions, moods, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Rachel has experience working with people with mood disorders, adjustment, trauma, anxiety, relationship, and defiance issues. Rachel utilizes treatment approaches that include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, and EMDR. Rachel uses these approaches to assist clients in improving their insight and self-esteem and help accomplish their mental health goals. Rachel provides mental health therapy in Southwest Health’s SBS Behavioral Services unit.

Phil Burr, PA-C

Phil is a Lancaster native who has worked as an athletic trainer at the collegiate level for both Indiana State University and Lehigh University. Since 2005, he has worked in orthopedics as a PA-C., gaining experience in the office, hospital, and surgical settings. His passion is helping patients of all ages, from elderly patients with arthritis to young patients with fractures or sports injuries.

Noelle Hebgen, APNP, PMHNP-BC

Noelle specializes in providing personalized mental health care that emphasizes a holistic and caring approach for children, adults, and seniors. Throughout her nursing career, Noelle has gained tremendous experience providing compassionate care in both urban and rural settings. She is especially excited to be providing mental health care in southwest Wisconsin to help the people of our area achieve their wellness goals and live better. Noelle provides mental health therapy in Southwest Health’s SBS Behavioral Services unit.

Nicole Klein, OD, FAAO

Dr. Klein specializes in both ocular disease and ophthalmology as well as primary comprehensive eye care. She works closely with Eye Center patients involved in cataracts, glaucoma, and oculoplastic surgery. She enjoys caring for optometry patients of all ages.

Michelle Hauser, PA-C

Michelle has been a family medicine physician assistant for decades providing complementary and
primary care to patients of all ages. She has a deep commitment to rural healthcare and what it means for our community. Michelle has also spent time as a Community Education Coordinator and an Associate Faculty member at UW-Madison, where she developed a rural health curriculum for the Physician Assistant program. Michelle has years of experience practicing both primary and urgent care as a physician assistant in a rural family practice setting. As a primary care provider, Michelle provides comprehensive care for patients across all ages, including well-child exams, routine physicals, acute illnesses or injuries, and managing chronic health conditions. Melissa Carr, MD

Dr. Carr specializes in providing personalized obstetrics and gynecological care. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of reproductive and pregnancy care as well as comprehensive gynecology care, including menopause, irregular periods, contraception, ovarian cysts, fibroids, and incontinence solutions. Her obstetrical practice offers patients individualized care and treatment plans for traditional to complex pregnancies, labor, and delivery. Mason Schnese, DPT, ATC, LAT

Mason has experience with orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, inpatient, skilled nursing, post-surgical rehabilitation, college and high school level athletic training. He has special interests in orthopedic injuries, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, and neurological deficits.

Mary Jo Oyen,
MD

Working in the Eye Center, Dr. Oyen specializes in both optometry and ophthalmology, with a particular interest in advanced surgeries. These include cataract surgery with advanced technology intraocular lenses and microinvasive glaucoma surgery. She also performs oculoplastic surgeries, including repairing droopy eyelids and inward or outward turning eyelids. She brings years of surgical experience with advanced technology to the community where she was raised.

Lucas Wilson,
DPT, ATC

Lucas is an experienced physical therapist with experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and athletic training in both at the high school and college level.
