Valerie Herber, APNP, PMHNP-BC

As a family psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, caring comes first for Valerie. Her vast experience in nursing helps her bring a level of understanding and compassion to her patients that enhances her treatment of their mental health needs. She looks forward to helping her patients achieve the best life possible. She accepts all ages from children to adolescents and from adults to the geriatric population. Valerie provides mental health therapy in Southwest Health’s SBS Behavioral Services unit.

Trina has experience with geriatrics, balance dysfunction, restoration of function for independent living, providing therapy in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, and home health setting.

Tricia Vogelsberg, OTR/L

As an Occupational Therapist, Tricia has experience with outpatient, memory clinic, intellectual disabilities, orthopedics, dementia care and mental health concerns in pediatrics and teenagers. She is also equipped to administer specialized tools used in identifying autism and ADHD in children.

Thaddeus M. Wontor, OD

Dr. Wontor is a native of Wisconsin with a passion for making rural eye care great. Specializing in both optometry and ophthalmology, his main role in the Eye Center is primary eye care, including treating chronic conditions like diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. It also includes treating emergent conditions like red eyes or ocular foreign bodies. He co-manages with many local ophthalmology surgeons for cataract surgery and fits a variety of contact lenses.

Terrence Norton, MD

Dr. Norton is an experienced and highly knowledgeable psychiatrist providing inpatient and outpatient mental health services. He has been the Medical Director and a Psychiatrist at Southwest Health Behavioral Services since 2005. He has a distinguished educational career and has served as a co-chief psychiatric resident and as a Lieutenant Commander with the US Navy. Dr. Norton focuses on senior care, including memory care and general psychiatry. He provides mental health therapy in Southwest Health’s SBS Behavioral Services unit.

Steven Bujewski, MD

Practicing for more than 30 years, Dr. Bujewski has considerable experience and expertise in the full spectrum of gynecological health across all ages. Scott Houghton, MD

Dr. Houghton is a highly experienced, board-certified general surgeon. His special expertise in minimally invasive general surgery procedures benefit the patient through less pain and faster recovery.

Samantha Osterberger, PA-C

Samantha believes teamwork is the answer to getting her patients back to their healthy, happy selves. Working together to learn about the injury and discussing what treatment options are best is what she enjoys most about her job in orthopedics. Discussing each patient’s goals helps her develop a plan to ensure patients will be happy with the results and back to their favorite activities.

Raven Davis, PTA

Raven has experience in inpatient acute care, home health therapy, and in a skilled nursing facility. She has a special interest in geriatric care.
