Pulmonary Rehab at Southwest Health can give you opportunities to improve breathing and learn techniques and exercises to improve your quality of life.

Pulmonary Rehab classes are supervised and offer personalized care with inhalers, oxygen needs, breathing techniques, nutrition and exercises specific to your diagnosis.

Pulmonary rehab appointments include multiple exercise and educational one-hour sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
